• Delivery Area: We deliver to specific locations in Mumbai and surrounding areas. Please verify your pincode on the website.

• Customer Responsibility: We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or the customer being unavailable.

• Storage: Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for immediate and appropriate storage (e.g., refrigeration for milk, paneer, kulfi, and certain sweets) to ensure food safety.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on madeofmilk.in, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Made Of Milk. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made Of Milk’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or improper handling of products post-delivery.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
