REFUND AND RETURN

At Made Of Milk (available at madeofmilk.in), we are committed to delivering the freshest and highest quality products. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, returns, or exchanges, considering the perishable nature of our inventory.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all products sold by Made Of Milk, including but not limited to:

  • Dairy Products (Milk, Paneer, etc.)

  • Sweets & Kulfi

  • Bakery Items

  • Snacks & Namkeen

2. Perishable Products Policy Clarification

Many of our products are highly perishable and may deteriorate rapidly if not stored properly. Consequently, returns or refunds are strictly limited to specific circumstances and must be reported within the timelines established in Section 4.

3. Inspection at Time of Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • If the packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support.

  • Note: Acceptance of the delivery without reporting immediate issues may be considered confirmation that the order was received in satisfactory condition.

4. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

Product is found to be spoiled or of poor quality upon delivery.

5. Requesting a Return or Refund

To initiate a request, you must follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Contact us within 2 hours for fresh dairy (milk, paneer, kulfi) and within 24 hours for sweets, bakery, snacks, and namkeen.

  2. Documentation: Provide clear photographs of the issue, the order number, and the delivery receipt.

6. Refund Process & COD Orders

Once verified and approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, UPI transfer, or Store Credit. Customers will be required to provide valid bank/UPI details.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel at any time before the scheduled dispatch for a full refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted for perishable products.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be applicable if:

  • The product was not stored properly (e.g., lack of refrigeration) after delivery.

  • The product has been consumed partially or fully.

  • The complaint is raised after the reporting timelines (2h/24h).

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact details were provided.

  • The customer was unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • Damage was caused by customer handling after delivery.

  • There is a "change of mind" after a successful delivery.

9. Force Majeure

Made Of Milk shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, traffic disruptions, or logistical issues.

10. Legal Disclaimer

Made Of Milk reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refund, replacement, or return requests. The company’s liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the product purchased.
