Ingredients for Marination

1/2 Cup Yogurt

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi

1 Tbsp Mustard Oil

salt to taste

1 Tbsp Ajwain

1 Tbsp Roasted Besan

1 Tbsp Degi Mirch

1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 Cup Green Capsicum , Cut in cubes

1/2 Cup Onion , cut in Quarters

1/2 Cup Red Bell Peppers , Cut in Cubes

350 gms Paneer , Cut in Cubes

Method for Preparation

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl 

Keep the Marination for 15 min

You can make the Paneer Tikka Recipe on a Pan on the gas stove with one tbsp of Mustard Oil

Then you can arrange the prepared Paneer marination on a skewer 

Lightly brush some oil on the top

Cook from both side until it turns Golden Brown


Serve Tandoori tikka with Green Chutney , Lemon wedges and Sliced Onions

    Sliced Onion

    Sliced Green Capsicum

    Sliced Red Bell Pepper

    2 Pcs of Garlic

    2 Pc of Green Chilli

    Schezwan Sauce -- 2 Tbsp

    Tomato Ketchup --- 2 Tbsp

    Paneer -- 150 gms

    Frozen Paratha -- 2 pcs

    Chilli Flakes -- 1/4 Teaspoon

    Salt to Taste

    Method for Preparation

    Take a pan and add 2 Tbsp of Oil 

    Add chopped Garlic and Chilli , cook the same for some time

    then add sliced Onion , Green Capsicum and Red Bell Pepper 

    Add Schezwan sauce and Tomato ketchup with Chilli flakes and salt to taste

    In the end add paneer cubes / Slice in the mixer

    The Filling is ready for the roll

    Take a Frozen Paratha and heat the same on the pan with some ghee on it , once 

    Once the paratha is ready then add the filling on the paratha and roll the paratha 

    You can cut the paratha into 2 half 


    Serve the Paneer Paratha roll  with Green Chutney.

    Paneer Sandwich is a tasty and easy-to-make Indian sandwich filled with spiced paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and vegetables. It can be served as a delicious breakfast or a satisfying snack. Here's a simple recipe to make a Paneer Sandwich:


    Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

    Total Time 25 minutes

    Paneer Sandwich


    Paneer --- 250 gms

    1 carrot chopped

    1 Capsicum Chopped

    Sweet Corn --- 2 Tbsp

    salt to taste

    Coriander -- 1 Tbsp

    Chilli Powder --- 1/4 Tbsp

    Cumin Powder --- 1/4 Tbsp

    Tomato Ketchup --- 2 Tbsp

    Method for Preparation

    Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl

    Take 2 Slices of White or Brown Bread

    Add some Butter and green chutney on the bread

    Add the Filling on the Bread 

    Put the sandwich on a sandwich griller with some butter on it

    Cut the sandwich and serve it hot


    Serve the Paneer sandwich with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney.

    Paneer --- 200 gms

    Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4 Tbsp

    Lemon Juice as per taste

    Crusted Corn Fakes --- 3 Tbsp

    Whole Wheat Flour -- 2 Tbsp

    Method for Preparation

    Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl . Don’t Mix the Crusted Corn flakes and Whole Wheat Flour

    Crush the Corn flake in a Bowl 

    To make the Batter : Add the whole wheat flour in a bowl with some salt to taste and some water 

    Add the marinated Paneer in the batter and coat the same .then put the same on the Crushed cornflake 

    Once the same in ready then keep the same in the fridge for 15 minutes

    Now Deep fry the coated paneer on a medium flame 

    Once the paneer is golden brown then remove the paneer,  It is ready 


    Serve the Paneer pops  with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney or Schezwan Chutney
